S. Cristina

Welcome to S. Cristina (Lad. S. Crestina) in Val Gardena (Lad. Gherdëina)!

This village counts about 1900 inhabitants and is located in the heart of the Dolomites at an elevation of 1428 m. This premier nature and holiday resort is set in a breathtaking landscape and its boundaries are marked by the Gruppo delle Odle in the north and the Gruppo del Sassolungo in the south. Tourism and woodcarving are the two main economic sectors in S. Cristina as well as in the other two villages of the valley.
