centre of Ortisei.
Another attraction for families with small
children is a playground next to the residence.
In the winter season the ski bus stops in
front of the residence.
We are open all the year round.
Much more than rocky peaks, lush green fields, white winter landscapes and 1,220 km of ski runs.

How to reach us Ortisei in Val Gardena
Coming from the north by car take the Brenner Pass using the Autostrada A22 exit Chiusa. At the junction after the toll stay left take the road sign posted Val Gardena (Ortisei)
Coming from the south on autostrada A22 exit Bolzano nord. At the T-junction turn left direction BRENNERO (tunnel right) until Ponte Gardena.
Turn right in direction Val Gardena (Ortisei)
Before and on your arrival in Ortisei all accomdation is sign posted and color coordinated. Follow the red direction.
You will make a left, direction town center followed shorty afterwood by a right turn. Go ahead for approx. 300 mts. On your left just before the colourful blue house is via Stufan. Continue 20 meters up the road on your right side take the driveway in front of the house called ZIRM and you have arrived: Villa Fussel
