Our family-managed house with one apartment for guests, is situated in a quiet and sunny position, only 5 minutes on foot from the centre of the town, the pedestrian precinct and the promenades of Ortisei.
A little grocery store and a restaurant-pizzeria are in proximity, which you can reach on foot.
In front of the house there are garden and parking space.
In vicinity there is a public playground for the little guests.

In only 5-10 minutes on foot you reach the cable railways, which take you to the wonderful ski runs of Seceda (Sellaronda) and Alpe di Siusi and to the long toboggan run of Rasciesa. This alps invite you in summer to do beautiful hikes and to enjoy the scenery of the mountains. During the winter season you have the possibility to use the skibus to reach the cable railways. The bus stop is closed by our house.

Apartment:
The apartment is spacious and comfortable furnished for 5-8 people with a beautiful view of the Sassolungo, Gruppo Sella and Seceda. Is is composed with 3 bedrooms with washbasin, living-room with tv, dining room, kitchen with oven, bathroom with washing machine, a toilet and 2 balconies.
In the winter season there is also a room where you can leave the skies and ski boots.
