The elegant non-smoking apartment sleeps 4 to 6 persons and measures 65 sqm/78 square yards. It is on the ground floor surrounded by an extensive lawn and has a stunning view of the marvellous Dolomites.
The rooms are furnished in alpine style with much attention to detail. Native spruce and oak timbers were used to create a cosy and pleasant atmosphere.
The apartment has its own entrance and features:
1 spacious entrance hall with coat rack providing ample room for coat storage.
2 cosy double rooms (can be turned into twin rooms).
1 big bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
1 small bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
1 spacious, very bright and fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, with ceramic-top stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave oven and coffee maker. The functional double sofa bed and wardrobe next to it allow a comfortable and pleasant stay for larger families or groups.
Further, the apartment features a satellite TV with radio function, WLAN in the aparment and a safe. We also provide bed-linen and towels. The washing machine can be used on request.

How to reach us Selva in Val Gardena
Our newly-built house lies in a quiet location above the village promenade and yet close to the centre on the sunny side of Selva di Gardena.
Nives Square, the centre of Selva as well as the splendid St. Maria church are only 5 minutes walk. A childrens playground, the ice rink and several shops are in the immediate vicinity.
In winter the connecting lifts to the unique Sella Ronda ski circuit can be easily reached in a 5-minute walk. Additionally, the ski bus, which stops right in front of the house, will take you to DantercÃÂￜï¿Å"ïÿÃ...ï¿œÃÂￜïÃÂￜÿÃÂￜï¿Å"ÃÂￜï¿Å"ïÿÃ...ï¿œÃÂￜï¿Å"ÃÂￜëpies, Ciampinoi and Col Raiser, the main Sella Ronda ropeways. From there you can enjoy miles of snow-covered pistes. Thanks to the favourable location of the house you can return home on your skis.
In summer our house is the ideal starting point for leisurely walks along the promenade, easy and difficult hikes as well as challenging climbing tours in the wonderful mountain world of Sassolungo, the Puez group and the Sella massif as well as the well-known Puez-Odle nature reserve.
